1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

2. Refund & Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For defective products within 45 days, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping for defects is not reimbursed. Contact us before returning any item.
